Who are we?

The Health Equity Action Research Team (HEART) is a team of public health researchers dedicated to health equity. We specialize in Community-Based Participatory Research methods, working with communities to make change happen.

What’s our mission?

Our mission is to reduce health disparities and increase health equity. By partnering with community organizations and members, we hope to promote healthy behaviors and community connection.
