What are our values?

Community-Based Participatory Research
We build trusting relationships with community organizations and health activists. We engage community members in all initiatives to voice community perspectives and needs within our research.

Behavioral Change + Social Health
We seek to promote healthy behaviors and community connection.

Justice
We pursue fair access to health for people of all identities through our research while also promoting health.

Context
We seek to understand the socioeconomic, cultural, and physical environment in which our communities live, play, pray, work, love, and learn; how they shape health; and how to consider this in our interventions.
