Sahar Zangeneh (she/her) is a (bio)statistician with methodological expertise in design and analysis of complex sample surveys and methods to address non-ignorable missingness such as unit and item nonresponse, and model-based analysis of survey data. She leverages auxiliary information (linked and unliked) to weaken departures from missing at random and integrates classical and modern statistical tools to provide rigorous solutions to practical problems. In addition to surveys, Dr. Zangeneh has extensive experience leading rigorous cross-cutting collaborations, involving design and analysis of individual- and community-randomized trials and longitudinal cohort studies. Dr. Zangeneh publishes in both statistical/survey and epidemiological/biomedical journals on topics related to survey statistics and population health.
