Bio
Jeremy Sappington’s teaching reflects the 49 years experience he has in public health and health services. Though semi-retired he still teaches courses in public health management and values and ethics in public health. He is also continuing his work with the Veterans Administration in improving health care delivery systems for veterans.
His primary academic interests continue to be systems analysis, teamwork, and ethical decision making. His new-found free time is now devoted to wetlands conservation, Zen meditation and reading all the great literature he did not have time for while working full-time.
