Bio
Tracy Mroz, PhD, OTR/L is an Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington. She is a health services researcher with clinical experience as an occupational therapist across the healthcare continuum.
Mroz co-directs the Advancing Health Services & Policy In Rehabilitation (ASPIRe) Lab and is an investigator with the WWAMI Rural Health Research Center and the UW Center for Health Workforce Studies. Her research focuses on the impact of health policy, delivery systems, and workforce on access to and quality of post-acute care, with an emphasis on home health care and care provided in rural communities.
