Bio

Anthony Dorsch is a healthcare administration professional with over 30 years of experience. He has a strong background in leadership, finance, and strategic planning in healthcare management. Anthony has worked in various roles, including Executive Director of UW Physicians, VP Operational Finance of CHI-Franciscan Medical Group, and multiple CFO positions within Providence Health & Services. Anthony is the Principal of Congrue Consulting, providing financial leadership, knowledge, and resources for healthcare organizations. He has served as a Clinical Instructor since 2016, teaching the UW EMHA Seminar in Healthcare Finance.

In his experience leading financial teams and advising healthcare executives and board members, Anthony focuses on making financial leadership congruent with the organization’s mission, strategy and operations. His conviction is that this approach leads to higher quality financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

Anthony is known for his expertise in reorganizing financial systems and structures, implementing major initiatives, and leading with GE Healthcare methodologies in Lean Six Sigma. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Anthony has a passion for community and board service. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Northwest Kidney Centers, serving on the Finance, Audit & Investment Committee and the Governance Committee.

Anthony has Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Heath Administration (MHA) from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Science from Willamette University.
