Bio
As the Director for Occupational Health, Safety and Research at Microsoft, Dr. Daly’s role is to foster a culture of health, safety and wellbeing through innovative, inclusive offerings and experiences for Microsoft’s employees and their families while influencing their broader communities. Leveraging Microsoft’s experiences of offering world-class health and wellbeing programs and the company’s technology, Dr. Daly’s team also partners with external healthcare organizations to develop research partnerships that strive to infuse evidence-based medicine into health care decision making.
Dr. Daly is a governor-appointed member of the Dr. Robert Bree Collaborative, where she served the Chair of the Perinatal Behavioral Health Work Group. In addition, she serves on the board of the Foundation for Health Care Quality OB-COAP and the Pacific Business Group on Health Maternal Working group.
Dr. Daly completed her PhD in Health services at the University of Washington School of Global Public Health and obtained an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education and Epidemiology from The University of North Carolina Global School of Public Health.
