Bio
TJ Cosgrove has held leadership positions in public health and community health for more than 15 years and has designed and delivered health and behavioral health programs, services, and systems for over 25 years. His experience includes public health, federally qualified health centers, school-based health, and behavioral health.
TJ was the Director of Seattle/King County’s Community Health Services Division from 2014 until the end of 2022. Prior to that he served as the Deputy Director of Community Health Services (CHS). A division of Public Health – Seattle and King County, CHS strengthens King County’s safety net services and partnerships to deliver equitable and responsive health care for marginalized communities. His experience in these roles includes overseeing FQHC policy and programming, King County’s efforts to enroll individuals in Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans, the Health Care for the Homeless Network, Title X reproductive and sexual health programming, and myriad investments in safety net partnerships.
