Electronic health records, social determinants of health, learning health systems, healthcare quality and analytics

Bio

Carolin is an experienced healthcare quality and analytics professional whose career spans the domains of public health research, inpatient care, integrated delivery systems, and ambulatory safety net Community Health Centers. She has guided multiple healthcare organizations in transforming their care delivery and analytics capabilities in order to achieve the triple aim of healthcare: improving the experience of care, improving the health of populations, and reducing per capita costs of health care.

She has worked with CMS, ONC, EHR vendors, and various Measure Steward Organization representatives to encourage alignment of quality measures with clinical workflow. She enjoys sharing her passion for healthcare analytics and quality with diverse cohorts of learners.
