Stephanie J. Schulz is an accomplished organization development professional with a keen interest in supporting leaders and teams to achieve exceptional performance. Stephanie spent over 15 years with UW Medicine serving as an internal consultant and Director of Organization Development & Training. She has provided leadership development, consulting, and executive coaching services for a variety of industries and she now leads the OD team at Puget Sound Energy. She enjoys collaborating to create inclusive environments that enable experiential learning and improve outcomes.
