Bio
Linda has over 25 years of healthcare experience in both hospital and ambulatory settings. She is highly skilled in system redesign, population health management, value based care, change management, leadership development, systems integration and health plan operations.
Linda is a founding member of Project Access Northwest, a ground breaking non-profit organization that has significantly improved access to healthcare for underserved populations in the region. Under her leadership, Project Access brought together the major providers of care in the region to develop solutions to the challenges of providing specialty care to the underinsured and uninsured populations in the community.
Linda has served on the multiple for-profit and nonprofit boards including Goodwill Industries of Greater Seattle, Corporate Advisory board of The Greater Seattle Business Association, Women’s Funding Alliance and Project Access Northwest and System One. In 2014, she was recognized by the Greater Seattle Business Association (GSBA) as the Corporate Leader of the Year for her leadership role in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. In 2016, Linda received the Outstanding Voices Award for her role in promoting diversity in healthcare leadership. In 2017, under her leadership, Pacific Medical Centers was awarded the Leader in Healthcare for Community Outreach.
Linda is a member of the International Women’s Forum, American College of Healthcare Executives and American Organization of Nurse Leaders.
