Bio
Sandra Andrade, MHIM, RHIA, CCS, CPC, is a Clinical Instructor for the Health Systems and Population Health at the University Of Washington School of Public Health. She currently works as Director, Coding Solutions team at Harmony Healthcare, with extensive experience in coding accuracy, compliance, and HIM operations.
Sandra has partnered with hospital systems nationwide to improve coding quality, support CDI initiatives, and advance best practices in health information management. She serves on the Board of Directors with the Washington State Health Information Management Association (WSHIMA), promoting excellence and innovation in the HIM profession.
