  6. Compare the MHA and Executive MHA

The most significant difference between the UW Master of Health Administration (MHA) and UW Executive MHA is the program format and the type of student it best supports.

Because the MHA program is full-time, in-person with an optional summer internship, most students do not work full-time during the program. They are early-career professionals with an average of three years of experience.

The Executive MHA program is a flexible hybrid online model designed for mid-level career professionals with an average of 10 years of experience. Most students work full-time thanks to the hybrid model with monthly online or on-campus meetings.
