The UW Health Services PhD program and Department of Health Systems and Population Health (HSPop) have been preparing leaders for careers in academia, public health, government and the health industry for over twenty years.

In addition to the Health Services PhD program, doctoral students are eligible for training programs that further and support their development as researchers.

Applications for the training programs shared on this page are completed through the annual Health Services PhD admissions cycle or a participating UW PhD program’s admission cycle. For the pre-doctoral training programs, students should apply during the annual application process to their participating PhD programs.
