Official Transcripts

While the HIHIM program application only requires unofficial copies of transcripts, the UW Admissions office must receive official copies of transcripts from ALL institutions you have attended in the past.

Delays in admission decisions happen when transcripts are not received by UW Admissions. We recommend sending transcripts to UW Admissions as early as possible, and we STRONGLY recommend sending official transcripts electronically.
