Tuition rates are set each year by the UW School of Public Health within guidelines approved by the Washington state legislature.

A variety of financial aid, funding, and resources are available. Students are typically supported by a combination of assistantships (such as research assistant (RA) positions, teaching assistant (TA) positions, and staff assistant (SA) positions), fellowships, student loans, and outside employment. It is important to start the process of funding your education at the same time you apply to programs.
